Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked Camellia Brand Navy Beans
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pureed chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine all ingredients, and pour mixture into a casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbling.
