Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked and cooled Camellia Brand Field Peas
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Rinse, sort, and cook peas.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Chill one hour.
