Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked Camellia Brand Black Beans
- 2 cups cooked Camellia Brand Pinto Beans
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels
- 1/2 cup minced red onion
- 1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Creole or Cajun Seasoning to taste
- 1 tablespoon cumin
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl, blending thoroughly. For best results, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight before serving.
