Lady Cream Peas With Chisesi Ham

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring stock to boil with peas and ham
  2. Reduce to simmer
  3. Cook for one hour or until peas are tender
  4. Season to taste
  • If you can’t find Chisesi Ham, substitute any good brand “city” ham
  • We used chicken stock in this recipe but you may use pork stock or even vegetable stock
  • This dish can be served over rice pilaf
