Ingredients:
- Prepared White Bean Hummus
- Prepared Collard Greens, reheated or at room temperature
- Hot cooked rice or quinoa
- Grape tomatoes
- Olives
- Crostini or crackers
- Chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
- To each bowl, add equal amounts of hummus, greens, rice, grape tomatoes, and olives. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with crostini or crackers, for dipping/spreading hummus.
