Ingredients:
- 1 (1-pound) package Camellia Brand Large Lima Beans
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 pound ham or bacon, cut in small pieces
- 2-3 cups water
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Rinse and sort beans. (Optional: Soak beans using your preferred method.)
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker and stir well. Beans should be fully covered by liquid; add more water if necessary.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours (or on high for 4-6 hours).
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.

For the life of me, I can't see where the 2 hours 15 minutes of prep time comes from. Prep time appears to be about 15 minutes, tops. What part of this takes the remaining 2 hours?
