Ingredients:
- 2 cups prepared Hummus
- 2 small sweet potatoes, baked
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
- A few shakes Tabasco brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce or chipotle powder
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste. Spread on a turkey sandwich, or serve with tortilla chips, pita, or crackers.
